Tell us what we got wrong
Corrections are the most useful message we receive. If a rate on this site does not match the notification you are looking at, we want to hear about it before anyone else budgets around it.

Reporting a wrong rate
A correction is far quicker to act on when it points at the source. If you can, include:
- The fuel and the figure you expected — for example, high-speed diesel at a different rate to the one shown.
- The date the rate you are quoting takes effect. Most disagreements turn out to be two people reading different notification windows.
- Where you saw it: the notification, a pump receipt, or the marketing company's own page.
- The city, if it concerns Hi-Octane, since that is the only product quoted city by city.
Other things worth writing about
- A published source we should be reading but are not.
- A vehicle missing from the trip calculator, ideally with the economy you actually get from it.
- Something on the site that is unreadable, broken or unusable on your device.
- Press and research enquiries about how the figures are compiled.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell fuel, operate filling stations, set prices or represent any regulator or marketing company, so we cannot resolve a billing dispute, a short measure at the pump or a complaint about a station. Those belong with the marketing company that owns the outlet, or with the regulator directly.
Response times
This is a small operation. Corrections are prioritised and usually handled the same day; everything else is answered as soon as we reasonably can. Please do not send confidential or sensitive personal information by email — there is nothing we do here that requires it.
